Based in Barnard Castle, Jonathan has a wide range of experience in rural, residential and leisure related property.
His key skills are in expert valuations and in providing fair and reasoned reports and opinion. Jonathan makes a positive difference for clients by delivering them a result greater than they expect, whilst fully understanding the needs and objectives for their property or assets.
Jonathan is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. The majority of his work revolves around value but Jonathan always aims to understand the wider picture to ensure that he delivers the best result for the client.
Jonathan is assisted by Helen Pressley who as well as looking after the administrative side of Jonathan’s practice, has day to day responsibility for clients properties that the practice manages.
